What You Need to Know

You might be wondering a few things prior to your first visit at South Jacksonville Presbyterian Church. We’ve compiled a few of the top questions here to help ease your mind. You can find answers to even more questions on our visit page!

Our Sunday morning service starts at 10:30 a.m. and lasts approximately one hour.

Please dress comfortably. You will find our congregation wearing everything from business attire to golf shorts, high heels to flip flops.

We do collect an offering, but contributions are strictly voluntary. There is no pressure to give unless you feel led to do so.

Parking is available on surrounding streets such as Mitchell Ave. and Mango Place. Handicapped parking spots are available on Mitchell Avenue just outside the church entry door.

Please enter the sanctuary via the Mitchell Avenue side door and you will find yourself at the back of our sanctuary.

Bulletins with announcements and an order of service are provided for you at the tables at the rear of the church.  You can also follow along by reading the screens at the front of the sanctuary.

If you have children, they are more than welcome to join us in worship. Or you can check them in with our children’s ministry leaders (through the far door at the back of the sanctuary) where they can join other children for learning and fellowship while you worship.
